Aplós Arise & Sweet Potato
A cocktail by Camille Becerra for Dry January.
- 2 oz. Aplós Arise
- 1 pound Sweet Potato
- 2 cups Cranberries
- 8 oz. Apples, Juiced
- 1 piece Ginger
- Cut sweet potato and apple into quarters. Feed the juicer chute with the sweet potato, cranberry and then apple then use the plunger to press through. Sandwiching the cranberries in between will ensure they are juiced. Add juice and Aplós Arise into a shaker with ice. Shake well and serve.
