Taro and Tahitian Gardenia
Taro: A tropical Asian plant of the arum family which has edible starchy corms and edible fleshy leaves, especially a variety with a large central corm grown as a staple in the Pacific.
- 2 oz. Aplós
- 2 oz. Coconut milk
- 2 oz. Taro simple syrup*
- Shake and strain over pebble ice into a short Collins glass. Garnish with a fragrant edible white flower, such as Tahitian Gardenia or Butterfly ginger blossom.
*Taro Simple Syrup: Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and water with 2oz dehydrated Taro powder. Stir over heat until sugar dissolves.
