Aplós & Marigold
A cocktail by Lauren Spencer King for Dry January.
- 3 oz. Aplós Calme
- 3 oz Soda water
- 1 oz Juice from cara cara oranges
- 1 oz Marigold simple syrup
- Fresh marigolds and orange slices for garnish
- For the marigold-infused simple syrup, add 1 cup water and 1 cup agave, and heat together with roughly 1 loosely packed cup of clean marigold petals in a small saucepan. Make sure they are organic. Stir constantly and heat until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let marigold petals steep for 24 hours. Strain to remove the petals.
