Summer in the Garden

At the end of a summer day, when the air is thick with heat and weighs down stems and branches - there is not much else to do in our lethargy, but to sit back in a shaded garden, or to serve ourselves a drink inspired by one.

  • 2oz Aplós 
  • 3oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3/4oz Lavender syrup
  • 2oz Chilled sparkling water
  • 3 Fresh edible flower sprigs (optional)
  • Ice
  1. In a shaker, combine Aplós, grapefruit, and lavender syrup. Shake and strain into a coupe or flute with ice. Add sparkling water. Garnish with flower sprigs. Recline in the closest chair.
