- 10 ozAplós
- 3 sheetsGelatin
- Place sheets of gelatin in a flat bottomed dish and cover with water. Let the gelatin soak for 4-6 min. While waiting, bring 10 oz of Aplós to 95 degrees in a pot on the stove over low heat.
Once gelatin has bloomed, remove gelatin leaves from the water. Squeeze all of the excess water out and place into the pot of warm Aplós. Stir until completely dissolved.
Next, pour liquid from pot into a small bowl and place in the refrigerator until set.
