Opening Ceremony founder, Humberto Leon, and his bar team designed custom Aplós cocktails for their restaurants. We caught up with their team at the chic outpost, Monarch, as Humberto sipped and relaxed with friends.

Ingredients
Aplós Calme
- Calme
1 oz.
Jamaica (sweetened hibiscus tea)
2 ½ oz.
Green grape juice
½ oz.
White chocolate syrup
¼ oz.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe or flute with ice.
