The Wie Suite Dinner Series:
At the beginning of the winter season, we partnered with The Wie Suite to serve Aplós at their bi-annual supper club, “Table For Eight,” a series of bespoke Jeffersonian style dinners.
High-level women founders, executives, and creatives all across the country joined together for dinner led by hosts Christina Lewis, Rebecca Minkoff, and more. Guests sipped on A Fizzy Affair, a favorite for social gatherings.

Ingredients
Aplós Arise

Cranberry cordial
1oz
Lemon juice
1/2oz
Sparkling water
2 oz
Instructions
In a shaker combine Aplós, lemon, and cordial. Shake and strain into a coupe or flute. Add sparkling water. Garnish with an orange twist.

Last month, Redoux celebrated the opening of their holiday pop-up at the Laura Lombardi jewelry shop in the LES. They introduced the "Scent Bar," designed to mirror wine tastings.
To pair with the interactive scent bar, Redoux Co-Founder and mixer host Asia Grant served "Lingering Awkwardly by the Snack Table," a craft cocktail from Commissions, our first ever recipe book.

Lingering, Awkwardly, by the Snack Table
It’s not that you haven’t got anyone to talk to. Your solitude at the snack table is fully calculated. Wholly necessary, by the way, as party snacks are not conducive to eating in front of strangers—one of life’s most baffling contradictions. Why must hors d’oeuvres be ever-so-slightly bigger than a mouthful—straddling the border between one bite and two? Settle on two bites, and half of it pathetically collapses in your hand. Do it in one and you will lapse into awkward, gobsmacked silence. On another note, it is necessary to try all the snacks. It is. How else will you know which snack is worth stockpiling? Inevitably, the question of whether you’re being antisocial will arise, but don’t let it deter you from the snack table. While others are wobbling, famished, by end of night, you’ll leave replete, on steady feet.
Ingredients
Aplós Arise

Lemon juice
½ oz.
Honey syrup
½ oz.
Non alc sparkling wine
2 oz.
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until cold and strain into a small wine glass or coupe. Top with the sparkling wine, garnish with a lemon wheel, and serve.
