Aplós Calme or Ease
2 oz.
Lemon juice
¾ oz.
Honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
½ oz.
Orange bitters
1 dash
Egg white
¾ oz.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with a cherry.
